This blog as you will have read is titled "An Analyst's Repose". The reason for choosing this name was simple, that I am an analyst working in the credit risk industry helping banks mitigate their credit risk on retail portfolios. So naturally I will have a lot to talk about my field and discuss about the methodologies being used for analysis the world over. However the true purpose of this blog is perhaps contained in the second word "Repose". This blog is more about discussing new concepts in analysis, new methodologies being used world over.
This blog is about discussing brand new ideas. It is about Economics, about Econometrics, about Time Series Analysis, about Finance, about the Credit Industry, about Capital Markets, about commentry on the Indian Economy and the Aisa Pacific Business environment and this blog is about a few random thoughts.
This blog is my repose. A place where I shall register my thoughts and calculations on varied subjects diverse from the workplace themes. And above all, this blog is an effort to have some intelligient conversation.
I am sure it shall be an interesting place for the visitor to park for a while and explore around and also register his comments and arguments. I would love extensive feedback.
Happy Reading!!
